Hi my name is Finn and in term two half my school went to the Tuahine Point Lighthouse. My class had to make a google drawing of the Tuahine Point Lighthouse this is my drawing. Tuahine Point Lighthouse is located at the end of the Wainui Beach, there is an entrance across the road from Wainui Beach School.
Tuahine point lighthouse was built in 1905 and was ruined by a fire two months later and then rebuilt in 1909 and eroded by landslide.
At school our motto is shine your light. Room 4 was set the task of making a new one. I came up with you're a light you can lead the way because lights lead the way for ships and people.
